Cinnamon Chia Seed Pudding

Snacking has received a bad reputation, but it's not "bad" or "wrong" to snack. In fact, if your body is signaling hunger, snacking can be an act of love. It means you are tuning in to what your body's cues and what it needs.

It means you are taking care of your body.

When you find yourself hungry between meals, choosing nutrient rich foods helps to satisfy your hunger, keep you fuller for longer - and keep your energy levels up (especially through that mid-afternoon slump!).

This Cinnamon Chia Seed Pudding is the perfect combination of nutrients - for any snack or even get your day started right. It's super easy to make and is loaded with protein, healthy fats and fiber...all the goodness your body needs to thrive.

Give it a try - you and your body will love it!

Let me know what you think! xx Abbey

Cinnamon Chia Seed Pudding

  • 1 c. unsweetened almond milk

  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder

  • 1/4 t. vanilla extract

  • 1/4 t. cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients together well in an airtight container.

  2. Store in the refrigerator overnight (or for a minimum of 2-3 hours).

*I also topped with Caroline Diesler's Caramel sauce from her raw vegan snickers (the caramel layer) - so yummy!
